Clemson offense starts second half strong

Clemson wasted no time offensively after halftime, scoring a touchdown on its opening possession of the second half courtesy of a 29-yard deep pass from Deshaun Watson to Deon Cain that made the score 28-3 at the 11:22 mark.

It was a four-play, 63-yard drive for the Tigers that took just 1:25 off the clock. Artavis Scott had a pair of 17-yard catches on the drive. The touchdown pass marked Watson’s third of the game.
