Watson shines before being injured

Clemson quarterback Deshaun Watson threw two touchdowns and ran for another before sitting out the second half in a 54-0 victory over Syracuse on Saturday in Death Valley.

Watson sat out the second half with a bruised shoulder. Clemson, ranked No. 2 coming in, said he could have returned from the injury and played if needed.
