After second-ranked Clemson’s 31-0 victory over No. 3 Ohio State on Saturday in the College Football Playoff semifinal at the Fiesta Bowl that sent the Tigers back to the national championship game for a rematch with Alabama, The Clemson Insider reached out to some of Clemson’s commits for their reactions to the game.

Chase Brice, QB, Grayson, Ga. (Grayson):

“It’s awesome and can’t wait to see them play Bama again!”

Tee Higgins, WR, Oak Ridge, Tenn. (Oak Ridge):

“Rematch. All I got to say.”

Mike Jones, LB, Bradenton, Fla. (IMG Academy):

“I’m so lit! We’re gonna beat Bama.”

Baylon Spector, LB, Calhoun, Ga. (Calhoun):

“Huge win! But still got to win one more.”

A.J. Terrell, CB, Atlanta, Ga. (Westlake):

“Clemson knew what time it was and performed great. Clemson fought all season to this point and it’s too late to let down. We also have all our impact players back on offense so it should be a good one.”

Jordan Williams, DE, Virginia Beach, Va. (Cox):

“They played great ball. Loved seeing the defensive line swarm the way they did.”

Jake Venables, LB, Central, S.C. (Daniel):

“I’m not surprised! Great win. Worked their tails off for it.”
