Swinney humbled by opportunity to speak at Statehouse

COLUMBIA — Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney was honored to speak in front of the South Carolina joint assembly on Tuesday at the Statehouse in Columbia.

Swinney was joined by wide receiver Hunter Renfrow, tight end Milan Richard and defensive end Richard Yeargin as the Clemson Football Team was recognized by the state leaders for their 2016 National Championship.

Afterwards, Swinney spoke to the media, as well as Clemson supporters, on the Statehouse steps about what an honor and a privilege it was to speak to the joint assembly.
