Lee: I told the team I'm proud of them

ATLANTA  — Clemson head coach Monte Lee told his team he was proud of them following the 5-1 loss to Georgia Tech. Lee liked the way the fifth-ranked Tigers continued to battle and was very pleased to be 23-5 at the halfway point of the season.

Tech snapped Clemson’s nine-game winning streak, and 21-straight wins when scoring at least one-run. The loss also snapped a 16-game winning streak away from Clemson and a 10-game road winning streak.
