Scott says offense had one of its better days

Clemson co-offensive coordinator Jeff Scott had high praise for the way the Tigers’ offense performed in Monday’s practice at the Poe Indoor Practice Facility in Clemson.

“It was one of our better days,” the Clemson coach said after the two-hour practice. “I really challenged the guys coming back from spring break on ‘how are we going to finish.’ That was the biggest thing. A lot of our successful teams the last few years have been known as finishers, finishing games, finishing seasons so that has really been the biggest challenge for this offense is how we are going to finish these last two weeks of spring practice.

“I really liked the way we came out today. Really, I think, we have had two good days back-to-back.”
