Scott says Cain, McCloud feel they have a lot to prove

Clemson co-offensive coordinator and wide receivers coach Jeff Scott says wide receivers Deon Cain and Ray-Ray McCloud feel they have a lot prove this coming season as they become the focal points at wide receiver with the departures of Mike Williams and Artavis Scott.

Cain caught 38 passes last year for 724 yards and scored nine touchdowns, while averaging 19.1 yards per catch. McCloud on the other hand tallied 49 catches for 472 yards and two touchdowns.

Earlier this week, Scott sat down with the media and spoke Cain and McCloud and how they are approaching the 2017 season now that they are starters.
