Watson holds court after first NFL game

CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Former Clemson quarterback Deshaun Watson spoke to the media after his first game in the NFL on Wednesday night at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, N.C. Watson’s new team, the Houston Texans, lost their preseason opener, 27-17, to the Carolina Panthers.

Watson threw for 179 yards on 15-of-25 passing. He also rushed for 24 yards on three carries, including a 15-yard touchdown run in the third quarter.
