Tigers jumped in AP poll

Clemson was jumped by Oklahoma in the latest Associated Pres college football poll, despite the Tigers win on Saturday night. Oklahoma, who moved up from No. 5 to No. 2, of course beat then No. 2 Ohio State.

Clemson is ranked No. 3 in this week’s poll. The Tigers were ranked No. 3 in last week’s poll, too. Clemson did receive one first place vote.

The Tigers are coming off an impressive 14-6 victory over No. 13 Auburn on Saturday night, a game in which they held Auburn to 117 total yards and recorded 11 sacks, tying the second best mark in school history.
