Brownell talks about the start of the new season

Clemson head coach Brad Brownell says he is not sure what kind of team he will have during the first month of the season because of all the new and young players now in the program.

The Tigers, who will tip off the new season on Friday at 7 p.m., against Western Carolina in Littlejohn Coliseum, returns eight lettermen, including guards Shelton Mitchell and Marquise Reed. They also bring back forward Elijah Thomas at center and Donte Grantham at forward.
