DeAndre Hopkins caught his first touchdown in Death Valley in Saturday scrimmage.  Hopkins scored on a 45 yard touchdown.  On a similar play in Tuesday’s scrimmage DeAndre had missed the catch. 

Hopkins credited coach Scott with giving him some advice this week that made the difference in the touchdown catch. 

 The true freshman is becoming more comfortable with the Clemson offense and continues to receive praise from his teammates.
