Done Deal - Parker Signs with Rockies

By

Just before midnight life changed for Clemson two-sport star Kyle Parker.  The Parker family had expected the negotiations to go to the wire and they did.  TheClemsonInsider.com confimed with Carl Parker just after midnight that Kyle has signed with the Rockies.

It took until the final hour, but Kyle Parker and the Colorado Rockies reached an agreement just before midnight.  For much of the night it looked like Parker could return for one more year of baseball with the Tigers.

Kyle signed for 1.4 million with the Rockies.

Before heading off to play baseball Parker will try to lead the Tigers to an ACC Championship in football.
