By Marlin Lane.

Clemson verbal commitment Marlin Lane, one of the top running backs in the nation, is doing a diary with TheClemsonInsider.com.  In this edition Marlin talks about his rehab, being back in school and when he and Cortez will be up to watch the Tigers in Death Valley this fall.

We are back in school no.  School is going good.  I am not sure if I will be able to enroll in January.  I have enough credits, but they just say it is too much for me.

I am still rehabbing my knee.  My rehab is going good and I am feeling better.  I am doing balance drills on the balance ball.

Our defense looks real good.  We are just working on the offense right now.  We are a young team.  We will get better as the season goes along.

Cortez is looking good.  He is getting bigger and better.

I haven’t talked to coach Rumph this week.  I tried to call him, but he didn’t answer.  I know he is busy with practices and meetings right now.

The other schools are still on me hard.  It hasn’t slowed down any.

I am coming up to Clemson for a game.  Cortez and I will be up for the game against Miami.
