
Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney held a press conference Sunday afternoon before the start of Fan Appreciation Day. The Tigers have been fortunate to make it through camp with no major injuries.
“We have worked hard over the last three weeks. Every team is different. We have been fortunate to get though camp pretty healthy,” said Swinney.
Coach Swinney said Fan Appreciation is always a fun day. He enjoyed getting pictures taken with the freshmen at the Rock. Dabo said he is very pleased with this year’s freshmen class so far.
Swinney said he is not concerned about polls or media attention for his Tigers. Dabo said he tells the team they have the people here to compete for a championship.
