Tigers Lead for Junior Offensive Lineman

The next Dorman star to join the Tigers could be junior offensive lineman Patrick Destefano.  Former Dorman standout Brandon Thomas will see plenty of playing time this fall at left tackle and seniors Charone Peake and Adam Humphries are verbally committed to the Tigers.  Destefano could be the next to jump on board with the Tigers.

TheClemsonInsider.com caught up with Patrick after his performance helped Dorman defeat Gaffney 21-12 for an exclusive interview.

Destefano played well Friday night helping Dorman move the  ball on the ground in the second  half to cement the victory.  The running game was crucial with Charone Peake out in the second half with an ankle injury.

Partrick enjoyed lining up in the backfield as a blocker on several key plays.

Clemson has an advantage because of the Dorman pipelin and Patrick’s sister also goes to Clemson.  The Tigers have the lead now, but Destefano says there is a long way to go before he will decide where he will attend college.
