Clemson tight end Dwayne Allen is no longer the understudy. Saturday he gets his first real start at tight end.
“I am excited about the opportunity to start,” said Allen.
Dwayne learned a lot from Michael Palmer last year.
“I learned how to be consistent, how to prepare during the week,” said Allen.
Dwayne looks for the Tigers offense to surprise some folks this year.
“I am excited to see how the offense as a whole plays. We have had a great offseason. I am looking for an offensive explosion,” said Allen.
“We have a good team. We just have to go out and execute,” said Allen.
