5-star running back Stephon Anthony is practicing for Wednesday night’s Under-Armour All-American game.  Infusion Sports Derek Tyson caugh up with the prize recruit at Monday’s practice session.

How does Stephon feel like he is doing at the practices?

“I feel like I am competing well, playing well and once you get through the first day and get caught up to the speed of it everything kind of flows,” replied Anthony.

Where does Stephon stand with his favorites?

“As far as recruiting everything is kind of even for me right now.  I plan to take my visits and go from there and see what happens,” replied Anthony.

The Gators will get an official visit right after the All-American leaves the Under-Armour game.

“I am going to Florida right after this.  Hopefully that goes well with the coaching change.  I will get a chance to sit down and talk with Muschamp,” said Anthony.

The Tigers are scheduled to get a visit the following weekend.

What does Stephon think of coach Muschamp?

“I spoke with him over the phone.  He is a great guy.  He is defensive minded which is what you need because I am playing the defensive side of the ball, but he seems up beat and a real nice guy,” replied Anthony.

What does Stephon like about Clemson?

“Clemson it is the atmosphere and the people down there.  I feel comfortable there in the family atmosphere and they have a player there from my high school, Tra Thomas.   He talks to me a lot about it and he really likes it.  I got a chance to get down and see what was going on there and I feel real comfortable,” replied Anthony.

When will Stephon announce?

“I am going to take this thing to signing day,” replied Anthony.
