Ellington Back on the Field

Andre Ellington was back on the practice field Monday for the first time since his injury.

“It was my first time running.  It felt a little weird, but after I got going it felt pretty good,” said Ellington.

What did he do during practice?

“I just ran straight ahead.  I did a little stretching and agility stuff, but it wasn’t too much,” said Ellington.

Don’t expect to see Andre any this spring.

“I am going to sit out the spring.  I am just trying to keep my feet moving.  I am just trying to get my speed back up.  I don’t think I will be doing anything physical this spring,” said Ellington.
