Saturday Leggett Postgame

By spoke with Clemson head coach Jack Leggett after the Tigers swept a doubleheader from Gardner Webb on Saturday.

Clemson played their first games with new bats and the results were outstanding.  In the two games Clemson combined for 31 hits and 25 runs.

Coach Leggett said the new bats were lighter and helped the hitters get the bats through the zone easier.  Coach Leggett also said the Tigers could see Kevin Brady back on the mound in the next couple of weeks.
