Brady Drafted by Cleveland

Clemson right handed pitcher Kevin Brady was drafted by the Cleveland Indians in the 17th round as the 518th selection.

Kevin had a fast start to the 2011 season, but was injured against South Carolina on March 6.  On May 17 Brady returned against Davidson.  Kevin finished the season coming out of the bullpen for the Tigers.

Brady finished the season with a 2-0 record and a .386 ERA.  Kevin finished with 33 stikeouts and only on base on balls.

Kevin will spend the summer working to return to the form he showed in early 2011 when he went 16.1 innings only giving up nine hits and two earned runs.
