Junior Will Lamb was drafted Tuesday afternoon with the No. 83 pick by the Texas Rangers. 

Lamb finished the 2011 season batting .348 with 39 RBIs and three homeruns.  Will also stole 13 bases on 17 attempts.

Over the summer Lamb is expected to give serious consideration to returning to the Tigers for one final season.
