Clemson, SC – Righthander Kevin Pohle was tabbed as a second-team freshman All-American by NCBWA, announced Monday.

In 2011, the Saint Louis, MO native had a 5-2 record and team-best 1.93 ERA. In 32.2 innings pitched over 17 appearances (three starts), he allowed 37 hits, seven earned runs, no home runs, and 10 walks with 17 strikeouts.
