I have been working out with a trainer since I got out of school. Last week I started working out with the team at Clemson.
We worked out at 2:40 on Monday and Tuesday and Thursday. We worked out at 6 PM on Wednesday and Friday. We have been doing conditioning, lifting weights and doing skills and drills.
DeShawn was out there and Eric MacLain worked out for a couple of days. Martavis has been out there also.
I am really excited about getting on campus. The reality has set in now. I am looking forward to getting over there and getting to work.
The current players have treated me good. They have helped me learn my way around. They have helped me learn some of the techniques and stuff.
I have been keeping in touch with a lot of the guys. I have been talking with DeShawn, Jerome, Eric and Joe Gore. I also talked with B.J. Goodson a couple of times. Everybody is excited about coming in and seeing what we can do.
My goals for the first year are just to learn the plays and get stronger. I want to learn the right technique, feel comfortable and be ready to play.
