Brooks Commits to Tigers

A week after spending several days in Clemson, the top player from Arkansas, Zac Brooks gave a verbal commitment to the Tigers.

The 4-star running back selected the Tigers over Notre Dame and Arkansas.  Other offers included North Carolina, Stanford, Pittsburgh, Purdue, Mississippi, Auburn and Memphis.

Last year Brooks rushed for over 1,300 yards and caught passes for another 200 yards.  Brooks had 17 touchdowns on the ground and two more through the air.

Zac becomes the 11th commitment for the Tiger’s class of 2012.
