By Staff Report.

Former Clemson All-American Kyle Stanley shot a 65 at the John Deere Classic in Illinois on Saturday and is in fourth place entering the final round on Sunday.

Stanley shot a 197 in the first three rounds.  Steve Stricker is the leader at 193.

Stanley will be playing for more than just the championship on Sunday.  The top finisher not already qualified for the British Open will qualify to that tournament next week and will board a jet for the British Open on Sunday night.  Stricker is already in the British Open so he won’t take the spot.
