Rally Cat Report

By Georgia Anderson.

There are really no words to describe the atmosphere at last week’s game against Auburn.  It is an unbelievable feeling standing in Death Valley listening to the roar of the packed stadium.  Even more exciting, was watching the Clemson Tigers destroy Auburn’s winning streak.  As far as my favorite games go, this past weekend is definitely one of them.

Another game that I will never forget, is the Clemson vs. Florida State night game my freshman year.  That being said, I can’t wait for this weekend’s game against FSU.  I feel certain the stands will be just as packed and the fans just as loud as last weekend.  Even better, if the Tigers perform like they did against Auburn we could very well be adding a fourth win to the season!

In addition to focusing on football game days, we’ve been putting the finishing touches on our Tigerama dances.  It’s always a treat when we get to show the Clemson community that we do more than just what they see on the football field.  Make sure to come see us dance, along with performances from the cheerleaders, tiger roar, the football team, Tiger Band, and several other groups.

In light of the quickly approaching homecoming game, we will also be performing at the homecoming pageant in a couple weeks.  This is a great opportunity to catch our First Friday routine if you missed it at the start of the season!  Lastly, the Rally Cat’s and cheerleaders will be featured in a segment of the ACC Network’s show, road trip.  The host came to our practice last night and will be following us tomorrow at the game.  It should be a neat inside look on Rally Cats!
