DeAndre Hopkins picked up in 2011 where he left off last season. As a freshman Hopkins was Clemson’s leading receiver with 52 catches for 637 yards. So far this season he has 16 catches for 191 yards and 2 touchdowns. Against Auburn Hopkins had seven catches for 83 yards.
Branch Top Tackler
Andre Branch is the Tiger’s top tackler through three games. Branch has 22 tackles including a record high 11 against Wofford.
Ellington One Yard from Career High
Clemson running back Andre Ellington has rushed for 300 yards in three games for an average of 5.6 yards per carry. Andre had 165 yards against Wofford, one yard shy of his career high.
