McDaniel - Crowd Was Crazy

2013 receiver Jalen McDaniel visited Death Valley on Saturday and watched the Tigers defeat the Noles.

“It was a good game.  The crowd was crazy.  It was so loud.  Florida State was hanging with them, but Clemson was too much for them,” said McDaniel.

Who made the visit with the top junior?

“My girl friend and my grandmother came with me.  My girl friend was shocked.  She didn’t know college football was so loud,” said McDaniel.

Jalen caught up with Eric and some other current Tigers during the visit.

“I talked with Eric some.  I also got to talk with Charone and Tajh,” said McDaniel.

The star receiver is off to a good start this season.

“It is going decent.  We are 3-2 right now.  I have 13 catches for 242 yards so far,” said McDaniel.

What did Jalen hear from the Clemson staff during the visit?

“I heard good things.  They said an offer is coming soon.  They just told me to keep making sure my grades look right,” said McDaniel.

What did former teammate Eric MacLain tell him about being a Tiger?

“He is still excited.  He is the same ole Eric that I have known since my freshmen year.  He was very positive it,” said McDaniel.

The visit tour will continue for the 2013 standout.

“I think I will be back to another game.  I am also going to go to Florida and Maryland.  This weekend I am going to NC State,” said McDaniel.
