Ryan Jenkins, brother of Martin Jenkins, enjoyed the visit to Miami where he watched his brother play in the Orange Bowl.
“The experience was great. We stayed in a nice hotel. I love Miami. It was my first time down there. The game didn’t so go well but they played hard and it was a good experience,” said Jenkins.
The Tigers were the first to offer the top receiver.
“Right now my only offer is Clemson. I am hearing from a lot of other schools. Most say they will be coming to see my spring practices,” said Jenkins.
Which schools are showing the most interest other than the Tigers?
“I am hearing from Tennessee, Alabama and Oklahoma State,” said Jenkins.
What does the junior think of the offense Chad Morris has brought to Clemson?
“I love it. They want me to play the two which is what Sammy plays. I love how they spread the ball around,” replied Jenkins.
Older brother Martin is recruiting Ryan hard for the Tigers.
“He is recruiting me real hard. He tells me how cool the coaches are and tells me they can get the best out of me,” said Jenkins.
A number of visits are on tap for the next couple of months.
“I am going to go to Junior Day’s at Clemson, Georgia and Alabama,” said Jenkins.
The speedster plans to have a decision by summer.
“I am going to wait and go on some visits and go through the process until this summer. I plan to have a decision by the end of the summer,” said Jenkins.
