Milton High star running back Peyton Barber had planned to attend Clemson’s Junior Day but wasn’t able to make the trip.
“I wasn’t able to make it. We had an emergency pop up. I will get up there soon,” said Barber.
Which schools are showing the most interest in the Georgia standout?
“Clemson definitely is. Louisville is also and a number of other schools,” replied Barber.
The Tigers were one of the first to offer
“Clemson, Central Florida and Louisville have offered,” said Barber.
Several visits are in the plans including a trip to Tigertown.
“I plan on going to Alabama and Clemson. I also plan to go to Vanderbilt,” said Barber.
Coach Elliott is recruiting Peyton for the Tigers.
“Coach Elliott is my recruiter. I like him a lot. He is one of my favorite coaches,” said Barber.
The decision timing is not clear right now for the prize recruit.
“I really don’t have a timeline yet. When I feel comfortable with a school I will be ready,” said Barber.
Which team did the top running back pull for growing up?
“I was kind of indecisive. I was a Gator fan, a Dawg fan, a Clemson fan and an Auburn fan,” replied Barber.
