“I went to Alabama this weekend for their Junior Day. It was good. I really liked it a lot. I got to talk with coach Saban and meet their receivers coach. I watched film and they showed me how they use their receivers,” said Jenkins.
What was the highlight of the visit to the national champs?
“It was meeting with coach Cochran the strength and conditioning coach. He is probably the best in the country,” replied Jenkins.
Next up is a visit to Clemson.
“I will be at Clemson on March 3 for their Junior Day. I think that is probably the only other Junior Day I will go to,” said Jenkins.
Earlier this month Jenkins visited Tennessee.
“It was cool. We spent the whole day there. They treated me well. They shared the vision for their program. I liked it a lot,” said Jenkins.
The offer list stands at two but expect that to change over the next few months.
“Right now I have offers from Clemson and Louisville. Georgia and Alabama said they will me down this spring to evaluate me,” said Jenkins.
When asked about his favorites, Jenkins responded, “My favorites would be Clemson, Georgia and Alabama”.
Older brother Martin wants to see his little brother in Orange.
“He is pushing me some but at the end of the day he tells me it is my decision. He tells me to take my time, but at the end of the day he is pushing me to Clemson,” said Jenkins.
