Dye Commits to Clemson

By

The Clemson coaching staff picked up their third commitment of the day when 4-star running back Tyshon Dye gave a verbal commitment to the Tigers.  Tyshon visited Clemson Friday for the All In BBQ.

The 6-0, 205 pound running back from Elberton, GA had an impressive offere list that included Auburn, Southern Cal, Georgia, Mississippi, Nebraska, South Carolina, North Carolina and Notre Dame.

Last season Dye rushed for 1516 yards on 212 carries with 21 touchdowns.  He also caught 17 passes for 195 yards.

Dye becomes the 14th commitment for the Tiger’s 2013 class and the second running back joining Wayne Gallman.  Clemson now has seven commitments from the Peach state for 2013.
