FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. — Clemson junior receiver Martavis Bryant is expected to announce Monday that he will enter the 2014 NFL Draft. A source close to the football program told The Clemson Insider Friday that Bryant did not even turn in his paperwork to the NFL Draft Advisory Board as he had already made up his mind this would be his final season at Clemson.
For the past few weeks Bryant and Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney have fielded questions about what projection Bryant received from the NFL advisory board.
Swinney said following Wednesday’s practice that he was going to speak with Bryant on Thursday about his decision. Unless Swinney is able to convince Bryant to have a late change of heart the junior is expected to enter the NFL draft.
