
Deshaun Watson and company pieced together an important eight-play, 75-yard touchdown drive at the midway point of the fourth quarter to take a 42-28 lead. Watson hooked up with Hunter Renfrow for a 15-yard touchdown pass to cap the possession.
Renfrow and Deon Cain extended the drive with critical, long receptions. Renfrow caught a 31-yard pass on second and 19 with Clemson backed up near its own goal line before Cain hauled in a 30-yard pass on third and 14 later in the drive.
