Venables excited about his young players

Clemson defensive coordinator Brent Venables met with the media following Tuesday’s practice. The Tigers’ defensive coach was excited from what he saw out of his young players.

He also spoke about wide receiver Ray-Ray McCloud helping out at cornerback and how defensive end Xavier Kelly is moving up on the defensive line.

Venables also talked about how confident safety Tanner Muse has been in the secondary.
