Murfreesboro (Tenn.) Blackman 2019 four-star wide receiver Trey Knox has received an offer from Clemson, he announced via Twitter on Sunday morning.
Knox (6-4, 195) visited Clemson for its game against Boston College on Saturday. He also attended the Tigers’ spring game in April.
After the spring game visit, Knox spoke with The Clemson Insider about his interest in Clemson.
“The atmosphere was very exciting and the culture is great,” Knox said, “and I was told that they put big receivers like me in the league.”
Along with Clemson, Knox holds offers from Auburn, Florida, Louisville, LSU, Ohio State, Tennessee and Virginia Tech among others.
Knox is ranked by Rivals as the No. 4 receiver and No. 14 overall prospect in the 2019 class.
He is a teammate of Master Teague, a running back in the 2018 class that received an offer from Clemson in late June.
