NEW ORLEANS — Following top-ranked Clemson’s 24-6 loss to No. 4 Alabama in the College Football Playoff semifinal at the Sugar Bowl on Monday night, Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney went around the locker room and embraced a number of players after the press conferences were completed.
