Clemson has offered Trussville (Ala.) Hewitt-Trussville four-star wide receiver Dazalin Worsham, he announced via social media Friday.
Worsham (6-1, 170) is ranked as the No. 1 prospect in Alabama for the Class of 2020.
“WOW! Extremely Blessed to receive an offer from Clemson University,” Worsham wrote in a Twitter post.
Just a sophomore, Worsham already owns around 20 offers, including ones from Alabama, Auburn, Arkansas, Georgia, LSU, Mississippi State, Ole Miss, South Carolina, Tennessee and others.
Worsham visited Clemson for the Boston College game last September.
“It was my second time (on campus), and I loved it,” Worsham told The Clemson Insider afterward.
As a sophomore last season, Worsham caught 70 passes for 856 yards and nine touchdowns. He was named to the 2017 MaxPreps Sophomore All-American Team following the season.
Worsham is ranked by 247Sports as the No. 1 prospect in Alabama and the No. 46 overall prospect in his class.
Worsham is teammates at Hewitt-Trussville with 2019 four-star offensive tackle Pierce Quick, who visited Clemson last Saturday for its elite junior day.
