Clemson’s Patrick Cromwell got his first start of the season on Saturday and he made the most of it going 2-for-3 with 3 RBIs in the Tigers’ 7-6 win over William & Mary at Doug Kingsmore Stadium in Clemson.

The win allowed Clemson to clinch the series over the Tribe with one game remaining in the three-game series. The two teams will play Game 3 on Sunday at 3 p.m.

The win also moved the Tigers to 2-0 to start the season, the first time that has happened since 2010.
