Clemson Football Rewind: Tigers sack Auburn

Austin Bryant leads the way as Tigers record 11 sacks

While getting ready for spring practice, which starts in eight days, how about relive some of the best moments and games of 2017.

After beating Kent State to open up the season, Clemson began its march to a third straight appearance in the College Football Playoff with a victory over what turned out to the SEC West Champions in Auburn.

The Tigers sacked Auburn quarterback Jarrett Stidham 11 times, with defensive end Austin Bryant leading the way by tying a school-record with four sacks.

Bryant was named the national defensive player of the week for his efforts.

Clemson won the game 14-6 as quarterback Kelly Bryant ran for touchdowns of 3 and 27 yards. He also threw for 181 yards on 19-of-29 passing.

The Clemson defense held Auburn to 38 rushing yards and 117 total on 66 plays.
