Commitment reaction

Zerrick Cooper may call Jonesboro, Ga. home, but he’s originally from Miami.

The 2016 Clemson quarterback commitment has plenty of family members that pull for The U. On Saturday afternoon, Cooper tried to talk a little trash to the folks who pull for The U. Calls and messages weren’t returned.

“It was a blow-out, of course, but the offense and defense were able to put up points,” Cooper said of Clemson’s 58-0 win over Miami.

TheClemsonInsider was in touch with several of his fellow Clemson commitments from the 2016 and 17 classes.
