TCI Hitter-of-the Week #5 Chase Pinder
The sophomore outfielder from Poquoson, VA went 7-for-13 (.538) in four games last week. Pinder had a triple, homer, two RBI, four runs, two walks, and two HBPs while going 1-2 on stolen bases with a .647 on-base percentage.

The redshirt freshman from Moore, SC picked up his first two career wins last week with his relief performance against Wofford on Wednesday and then an outstanding outing against #18 South Carolina on Sunday. In 10.1 innings, Eubanks allowed a run on six hits (.167 OBA) with one walk and eight strikeouts.

Clemson, ranked as high as #20 in the country, defeated Wofford in midweek action before taking two of three games from #18 South Carolina over the weekend. The Tigers outscored the opposition 17-9 while outhitting their opponents .238 (29 hits) to .202 (26 hits). On the week, Clemson had three doubles, two triples, two homers, 13 walks, and five HBPs against 29 strikeouts while going 2-3 on stolen bases. The Tiger pitching staff finished the week with a 1.54 ERA, allowing nine runs (six earned) in 35.0 innings with 10 walks against 36 strikeouts. Clemson fielded at a .971 clip, committing four errors in 140 chances.
