- Clemson and Virginia are the only two schools to appear in every single ACC Tournament.
- The Tigers nine titles are tied, with Georgia Tech, for the most all-time as they have been to the finals in 21 of the previous 42 tournaments.
- In the 19 previous tournaments held in the state of North Carolina, Clemson is 11-18 in nine tournaments in Durham, 17-9 in five tournaments in Chapel Hill (with one title), 4-5 in three tournaments in Greensboro, and 7-2 in two tournaments in Raleigh (with one title).
