Swinney addresses feud with Spurrier

GREENVILLE, S.C. — During Tuesday’s South Carolina Coaches for Charity event at the Hyatt Regency in downtown Greenville, South Carolina, former South Carolina defensive back Sheldon Brown, who was on hand to receive South Carolina’s Jerry Richardson Community MVP Award, asked Clemson head coach Dabo Swinney if his back-and-forth banter with former South Carolina head coach Steve Spurrier was real.

The question came up during the question-and-answer part of the program from the audience. Here is what Swinney had to say about the feud between himself and Spurrier.
