Clemson opens the scoring


After forcing a three-and-out on Wake Forest’s first possession, Clemson scored the first touchdown of the game and took a 7-0 lead at the 11:24 mark of the first quarter courtesy a 42-yard touchdown run by Wayne Gallman on fourth and 1 in Wake Forest territory.

It was a four-play, 51-yard drive for the Tigers that lasted 1:22.
