Commit Performances of the Week: Playoff Semifinals

Recruits filled the sidelines for last Saturday’s pummeling of South Carolina, giving them a sneak peek of what life as a Clemson Tiger could be like playing in Death Valley.

As the Tigers are focusing in on the Virginia Tech Hokies in the ACC Championship and a possible playoff berth, several Clemson recruits are zeroing in on their own playoff run.

The list may be dwindling, but Clemson commits are still making a name for themselves in the high school playoffs.

Which recruits are still dominating during the playoffs?

Quarterback Chase Brice easily disposed of Colquitt County 49-21, guiding Grayson (Ga.) to the Georgia Class 7A playoff semifinals. Brice was his usual efficient self, going 6-of-9 passing for 90 yards and a touchdown.

Roswell’s (Ga.) LeAnthony Williams helped his team beat North Cobb 42-21, also advancing to the Georgia Class 7A playoff semifinals. Williams snagged an interception in North Cobb territory to give his team great field position. Williams will face off against future teammate A.J. Terrell and Westlake (Atl.) this Friday.
