Deputies, K-9’s and horses are now searching for Henderson, which began Monday night and is now continuing Tuesday morning.

According to several reports, including from WYFF News 4, Henderson, 60, was reported missing Monday evening from his West Church Road home in Easley.

“It is a very rural area,” team coordinator Ryan Herring said to WYFF. “Not that many streets. A lot of woodland (and) farmland. A lot of natural borders (and) a lot of natural barriers between us and the search area.”

Henderson has worked for the Clemson Athletic Department since 1978, and is one of the more beloved people in the department.
