2018 DE names Clemson among top schools

Bradenton (Fla.) Braden River 2018 defensive end Taylor Upshaw named Clemson one of his top 10 schools Wednesday evening, along with Kentucky, Louisville, N.C. State, Oklahoma, Ole Miss, Oregon, Pittsburgh, Tennessee and Vanderbilt.

In addition to the aforementioned schools, Upshaw (6-5, 240) has offers from Arizona, California, Georgia Tech, Northwestern, Oregon State, Wake Forest and Wisconsin among others despite having played just one year of high school football last season.

Upshaw, who was offered by Clemson last week, is the brother of Clemson walk-on linebacker Regan Upshaw and son of former NFL defensive end Regan Upshaw Sr.
