GREENVILLE, S.C. — After being selected by the Houston Texans with the 12th overall pick in the 2017 NFL draft, former Clemson quarterback Deshaun Watson is just days away his first NFL training camp.
The Texans begin their training camp in West Virginia on Wednesday, and Watson is gearing up for it.
“It’s pretty cool, something I’ve been dreaming for, something I’ve been hoping for for a long time,” Watson told the media in downtown Greenville on Saturday. “Now it’s here, so just going out and being able to live it and go do what I do is going to be fun.”
