Jordan Greene came through again as he got his ninth hit of the week with a two-out infield single to score Logan Davidson from third base. Greene’s RBI single gave the Tigers a 3-0 lead with the hit.

Clemson went up 2-0 when it loaded the bases with no outs to start the bottom of the second inning. However, Chase Pinder hit into a double play at shortstop, but Drew Wharton, who started the inning with a base hit to left field, scored on the play.
